Oceania Cruises

Oceania Cruises

Formed in 2002 by luxury cruise industry veterans Frank Del Rio, Joe Watters and Bob Binder, Oceania Cruises is the world’s largest premium cruise line. Exciting and exotic worldwide itineraries are enhanced by extensive shore excursion choices and expert onboard lecturers. Fine dining – acclaimed as the “Finest at Sea™ ”– is served in a choice of open-seating restaurants including speciality dining at no extra charge. Living areas are sumptuous, with almost all accommodations having a private veranda and butler service in all suites. The culmination is a warm and welcoming ambiance that is fast becoming the choice of the more discerning traveller.

Their intimate and luxurious ships allow you to explore the world in unequalled style and comfort. Sophisticated, stylish and distinctly mid-size, you’ll find the onboard atmosphere is extremely convivial, and with an unrivalled level of personalised service as a result of having two staff members for every three guests.

As the leader in destination cruising, Oceania Cruises sails to more than 400 ports around the globe. Itineraries are unique in that they call on the perfect mix of must-see marquee and boutique, off-the-beaten-path ports. Multiple overnight calls afford an in-depth, enriching destination experience and allow travellers to immerse themselves in the cuisine, culture and history of the ports we visit.

R-Class; Insignia, Nautica, Regatta and Sirena

The differences between Oceania Cruises and our competitors ships is pronounced, especially with regard to dining, service and general ambiance. Our R-Class ships are just 30,000 tonnes in size and carry just 684 guests which allows us to visit the smaller more intimate ports that the large ships cannot get to.

Insignia, Nautica, Regatta and Sirena feature a world-class fitness centre and spa, six lounges and bars, a casino, and 342 lavish suites and luxurious staterooms, nearly 70% of which feature private verandas.
